Do I Need A Permit?
Building Permits
New Construction or Renovation
Required before work begins — additions, renovations, moving a structure, generators, and boring.
OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE
Opening a Business in the City
Required for storefront, online, and door-to-door businesses operating inside city limits.
ADDITIONAL PERMITS
Golf Carts and Special Events
A golf cart permit is required within city limits. Events on city property need a special events permit.
